- Handling and monitoring the overall human resources matter of the Organisation
- Reviewing and enhancing human resources policies, procedures, and practices;
- Advising management on employment-related matters and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices;
- Providing secretariat support to the AGM, Board of Directors, Committees and Working Groups, including meeting coordination, records management, and follow-up actions;
- Strengthening organisational governance, risk management, accountability, and compliance through the development and implementation of governance policies, procedures, and documentation standards
Requirements
- A recognized university degree in Human Resources Management, Corporate Governance, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, with substantial experience in human resources management, corporate governance, board administration, or organisational management. Experience in the NGO sector is an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of Hong Kong employment legislation, human resources policies and practices, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in providing secretariat support to governing bodies, such as Boards and Committees, including meeting administration and records management, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and Board members.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk management, accountability, and compliance frameworks.
- Proven experience in reviewing, developing, and implementing policies, procedures, and organisational systems with strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including proficiency in preparing reports, meeting papers, and policy documents.
- Familiarity with NGO governance requirements, funding body compliance, and best practices in organisational governance would be definitely an advantage
- Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance work efficiency, analytical capabilities and decision-making is preferred
** This post is 5-day work / 44 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
1) Provide hotline counseling service
2) Organize child care support/parent-child relationship enhancement program for
shelter residents
3) Provide support to the daily functioning of residents
Requirements:
- HKCEE/Diploma or above
- 1 year of working experience preferred
- Good communication skills and teamwork
- Overnight shift and weekend duties commensurate with duty allowance** All full-time posts are 5-day work / 44 hours per week **
