Harmony House is a charitable organization providing a wide range of services to support the victims of domestic violence and promote family harmony. We are seeking dedicated people who share our values and contribute to our growth. If you are passionate about helping people affected by domestic violence, we welcome you to join our team. Current job openings are as follows:

Responsibilities:

  • Organise and assist with community outreach activities and programmes.
  • Produce creative promotional materials to drive community involvement.
  • Support general administrative and service operations.
  • Perform reception duties and handle general public enquiries.
  • Provide assistance in the Children Hotline calls.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above, preferably in Social Sciences, or related disciplines, candidates holding HKCEE / HKDSE qualifications with extensive relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Minimum of one year’s relevant work experience is an advantage.
  • Passionate about working with people, especially children and families.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Responsible, eager to learn, and a collaborative team player.

 

       ** This post is 2.5-day work / 22 hours per week **

Responsibilities

  1. Provide direct services, including workshops, talks, groups, hotline support, and casework services.
  2. Conduct screenings to identify men's risk factors and service needs.
  3. Assist in website management and the use of multimedia platforms for service promotion.
  4. Liaise with community organizations, schools, and other stakeholders, and conduct outreach activities to promote men's services in the community.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Social Work, Counselling, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Experience in family-related services is an advantage.
  • Willingness to perform occasional evening duties.
  • Available to undertake a 3-month relief appointment.

 

** This post is 5-day work / 44 hours per week.
