The purpose of this group is to help parents build up their parenting skills and to ease the pressure through mindfulness for the enhancement of efficient communication between parents and children. During the program, parents learned how to focus on their emotions and feelings, and learned to accept them instead of escaping from it. The parents also learned how to adjust their emotions and through breathing, body scan meditation and stretching exercises. By sharing parenting experience with other parents, the participants acquired skills that helped enhance their communication with children, ways of building positive relationship with their children and learned how to handle pressure and challenges with calmness and patience. All these skills could help parents improve their relationship with children, further to build up their confidence when facing challenges in daily lives.
