1. Current Project - Social Worker / Counselor (Ref. Code: SW/C) – Kwun Tong
Responsibilities:
- Provide case counseling and therapeutic groups to individuals affected by domestic violence, including adults and children
- Conduct programs for promotion of emotional education and healthy interpersonal relationships in schools and kindergartens.
- Network community partners for service promotion and outreaching to needy families.
- Assist hotline counseling service.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work / Counseling or above
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Good communication skills and teamwork
- Have work experience with families is an asset.
- Occasionally night duty is required
2. Social Worker for Women Shelter (Ref: HSW)
Responsibilities:
- Render casework and therapeutic groups for female victims of domestic violence and their children
- Implement aftercare services and programs for women and children
- Provide crisis intervention and hotline services
- Assist shelter management and operation
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work, RSW
- Two years of relevant working experience preferred
- Shift and weekend duties commensurate with duty allowance
- Independent, reliable team player with passion to serve
3. Social Work Assistant for Women Shelter (Ref. Code: SWA)
(Full-time/Part-time/ Overnight shift duty are available)
Responsibilities:
- Provide hotline counseling service
- Organize childcare support groups/programs
- Implement parent-child relationship enhancement program
- Conduct brief counseling, risk and need assessment
Requirements:
- Diploma/Associate Degree in Social Work or above, RSW
- 1 year relevant working experience preferred
- Good communication skills and teamwork
- Overnight shift and weekend duties commensurate with duty allowance
4. Family Support Worker for Women Shelter (Ref. Code: FSW)
(Full-time/Part-time/ Overnight shift duty are available)
Responsibilities:
- Provide hotline counseling service
- Organize child care support/parent-child relationship enhancement program for shelter residents
- Provide support to the daily functioning of residents
Requirements:
- HKCEE/Diploma or above
- 1 year working experience preferred
- Good communication skills and teamwork
- Overnight shift and weekend duties commensurate with duty allowance
** All full-time posts are 5-day work / 44 hours per week **
