1. Social Worker / Counselor for Men Services (Ref. Code: SW/C) – Kwun Tong
Responsibilities:
- To provide direct services on workshops, talks, groups, hotlines and cases
- To conduct screening to identify the risk factors and service needs of men
- To assist website management and use of multi-media for service promotion
- To liaise with community organizations, schools, and outreach to the wider community for publicity of men services.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work / Counseling or above
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Good communication skills and teamwork
- Having work experience with families is an asset.
- Occasionally night duty is required
2. Social Work Assistant for Women Shelter (Ref. Code: SWA)
(Full-time/Part-time/ Overnight shift duty are available)
Responsibilities:
- Provide hotline counseling service
- Organize childcare support groups/programs
- Implement parent-child relationship enhancement program
- Conduct brief counseling, risk and need assessment
Requirements:
- Diploma/Associate Degree in Social Work or above, RSW
- 1 year relevant working experience preferred
- Good communication skills and teamwork
- Overnight shift and weekend duties commensurate with duty allowance
3. Family Support Worker for Women Shelter (Ref. Code: FSW)
(Full-time/Part-time/ Overnight shift duty are available)
Responsibilities:
- Provide hotline counseling service
- Organize child care support/parent-child relationship enhancement program for shelter residents
- Provide support to the daily functioning of residents
Requirements:
- HKCEE/Diploma or above
- 1 year working experience preferred
- Good communication skills and teamwork
- Overnight shift and weekend duties commensurate with duty allowance
4. Full time Program Assistant (Ref. Code: FTPA )
Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing programs and community outreach activities.
- Produce creative promotional materials to attract community involvement.
- Support general administrative and service operations.
- Provide friendly assistance in reception duties and answer the Children Hotline calls.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- At least 1 year working experience
- Good computer skills required
- Responsible, willing to learn and multi-tasking
- Social media and basic video production experience is a plus, but not necessary
** All full-time posts are 5-day work / 44 hours per week **
