- Diploma/Associate Degree in SocialWork or above, RSW
- 1 year of relevant working experience preferred
- Good communication skills and teamwork
- Overnight shift and weekend duties commensurate with duty allowance** All full-time posts are 5-day work / 44 hours per week **

Harmony House Limited is a leading NGO in Hong Kong dedicated to ending domestic violence and promoting family harmony. We are launching "Healing Hearts Taipo", a one -year emergency support project for victims and the community affected by the Tai Po fire disaster. To strengthen our team, we are inviting applications for the following position:
Responsibilities:
1) Manage the overall planning, operation, and development of the Project
2) Prepare reports for senior management and funders
3) Liaise with external partners and stakeholders
4) Implement the evaluation and sustainability plans5) Provide direct psychosocial support and deliver therapeutic programs for children and adults
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work /Counseling or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of post-graduate relevant experience- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Experience in trauma-informed care and the use of art and play interventions is preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively- Experience working with children and parents is an asset
** This part-time post is 5-day work / 22 hours per week **
